Gbemi Awonusonu is a third-year undergraduate student at UF majoring in Biology and Sociology. After graduation, she aspires to attend medical school and become a physician. Gbemi joined the Brusko Lab in the Spring of 2023 and is interested in learning more about immunology and Type 1 Diabetes. She enjoys baking and collecting vinyl.
