Marcus Pina
Marcus Pina is an undergraduate at the University of Florida with a major in Biology with a Pre-Med interest. Marcus joined Brusko lab in the Fall of 2022 as a volunteer assisting with Flow data analysis and the preparation, staining, and imaging of tissue samples. As of Summer 2023, he has transitioned to the role of Student Research Assistant continuing to assist with Flow staining and analysis, as well as cell culture maintenance and a project utilizing Phosflow protocols to analyze the effect of the CD226 gene on the expression of memory and naive CD8 and CD4 T-cells in patients with diabetes.
